Comfortable beds made for a good night's rest. However, the cleaning needs significant improvement.

The lovely staff made us feel welcome with extra pillows and linens. The full gym was a fantastic surprise for a hotel stay.

Staff were friendly, even assisting with late-night check-in without being asked. The kitchen was adequately equipped and clean, offering essential items on request. However, the absence of pots and pans means you need to bring your own for cooking. Additionally, the bedding quality was poor. the mattress was lumpy and uncomfortable, impacting sleep quality. Overall, the experience was mixed, with some positive points overshadowed by the need for better amenities.

The chocolate muffins at breakfast were a delightful find, and the nearby Yoki Buffet had a ton of tasty options. Our room was clean, and the staff was helpful during our stay with a comfortable bed.

Electrical outlets in the room were worn out, making it tricky to keep devices powered without issues. Lastly, cleanliness was an area of concern, especially in the bathroom and on the pull-out couches.

Our family loved the spacious Deluxe Studio with Two Double Beds. We made the most of our stay by visiting the delightful Adam Matthews Balloon Festival. The additional blankets and pillows made our nights cozy, which was perfect after a day of fun.

In my wife’s opinion, the kitchen supplies should be provided in the room for families.
